Philip has been working in retail design for 20 years, and founded Campaign in 2009 to push the boundaries of retail. Philip is passionate about the future of retail and has been exploring ideas and solutions. He has conducted a number of experimental installations, and contributed to debates & talks, on the subject.
Ola's multidisciplinary background in psychology, anthropology and arts allows her to navigate changing customer trends and translate them into retail design.
She is passionate in grounding design in research and creating evidence-based projects. Her research interests are customer behaviour, customer centric approach, technology & art installations within retail & public spaces.
